We'll probably end up discussing, more than anything else, the Kingdom of God - since this passage contains some Kingdom of God parables.One thing I'm reading right now - an article by N.T. Wright on the Kingdom of God - that I'd suggest everyone read (even though I'm not finished with it yet).
Also relevant here: Tim Keller's remarks on the "performance narrative" versus the "grace narrative" in his Veritas lecture, and here's a link with some relevant scripture.
